Magnus Rodrigues joins Trinity as Counsel. Magnus has over 20 years’ experience advising lenders, sponsors and others across a very broad range of energy and infrastructure sectors. As a result, he has substantial experience in the energy and infrastructure sectors, working on project financings as well as M&A transactions, other financings and restructurings. These have been in 71 countries, predominantly in the Middle East, the rest of Asia, UK, the rest of Europe, and Africa but also other markets.

Within the energy and infrastructure sectors, Magnus has experience in renewable, gas/coal and other power projects, a very wide spectrum of infrastructure projects, oil and gas, and other natural resources projects. His most recent areas of focus have been on power and water/other infrastructure, lenders, and emerging markets.

Magnus received his MA in Law from University of Oxford, LLM in European Law from College of Europe in Belgium, and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 1997.
