Sina is an associate at Trinity International AARPI (Trinity Paris).
He advises clients on single and multi-jurisdictional transactions and projects in France, North and Sub-Saharan Africa across a range of industry sectors, including mining, oil and gas, power and infrastructure. He has extensive knowledge of local and regional legal and regulatory systems in French-speaking Africa, notably OHADA, CEMAC and UEMOA.
Prior to joining Trinity, Sina was an associate in the Energy & Infrastructure departments of Herbert Smith Freehills and Linklaters in Paris.
Sina is qualified in France and holds a Master’s degree in European and International Business Law from Paris-Dauphine University. He is fluent in French, English and Persian.
