Maksym is an international arbitration specialist with 14 years of experience undertaking investment treaty claims, shareholder and post-M&A disputes (often involving allegations of fraud), shipping and commodities disputes, and construction disputes (involving both arbitration and disputes-board adjudication). He has been involved, as counsel or party representative, in arbitrations under the ICSID, ICC, LCIA, SCC, VIAC, GAFTA, FOSFA, and Ukrainian ICAC Rules, and in related applications before the courts of England, US, BVI, Cyprus, Russia and Switzerland, amongst others.
