Henry Kikoyo is a Senior Consultant with Trinity International LLP.  His main practice area is corporate restructuring and turnarounds and corporate refinancing.  He acts for bank and non-bank lenders, Development Finance Institutions, bondholders, distressed investors, Governments, State Owned Entities and private/public companies.

Henry has a particular focus on restructurings in emerging markets, in particular Africa and Eastern Europe.  Henry’s main practice focus area is debt and corporate restructuring and refinancing. He acts for banks, Development Finance Institutions, bondholders, distressed investors, Governments, State Owned Entities and private and public companies.  Henry’s particular focus includes the restructuring of airlines and he also advises in relation to distressed investments in the financial institutions, manufacturing, agriculture, power, infrastructure, and oil and gas sectors.  Henry is admitted as a Solicitor in England and Wales and also trained as a Ugandan lawyer.
