Francesca is an Associate at Trinity International AARPI (Trinity Paris). Prior to joining Trinity, Francesca has worked and trained in several leading law firms, including in the Natural Resources, Energy and Infrastructure group of Herbert Smith Freehills and the Energy, Mining and International Arbitration department of Jeantet AARPI. She has also trained within Eramet’s Group Legal Department in Paris.

Francesca has been involved in transactions and projects, including project financings in France and sub-Saharan Africa primarily in mining, oil & gas, power and infrastructure sectors.  She has experience working on matters relating to Francophone Africa’s local and regional legal and regulatory systems, including OHADA, UEMOA and CEMAC. She has also been involved in the resolution of commercial and international disputes across a number of sectors, and in matters involving human right and ESG.

Francesca holds a Master’s Degree in International Business Law from La Sorbonne University (Paris), and a Diploma in International Economic Law in Africa from Assas University (Paris).

Francesca is admitted to the Paris Bar Association. She is a native French speaker and speaks fluent English.
