Demilade Banjoko is an Associate with Trinity International LLP. Prior to joining Trinity, Demilade trained and qualified as a solicitor at Herbert Smith Freehills LLP.

She has experience advising finance parties, project sponsors and governments on the development and financing of complex international energy and infrastructure projects, particularly in Africa. She advised the project sponsor in respect of the multi-sourced financing of its interest in a US$7bn oil and gas project in Ghana, the first successful largescale gas-to-power project financing in Africa, the project parties (including the NOC) in relation to the  development and project financing of the first oil discovery offshore Senegal and the project parties in respect of the project development and financing of a large and complex energy from waste plant in Scotland.

Demilade graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science with a Bachelor of Laws (First Class Honours) in 2014. She qualified as a solicitor of England & Wales in 2018 and as a solicitor and barrister of the Supreme Court of Nigeria in 2015.
