Gail Wong - Trinity International LLP

Gail Wong is a legal consultant at Trinity International LLP. Gail advises on construction and procurement and her experience includes advising sponsors and lenders on the construction and operational aspects of power and infrastructure projects in various emerging markets. Her experience includes drafting and negotiating project and construction-related contracts, including ancillary documentation such as performance bonds, letters of credit, deeds of warranty and tender conditions and forms, as well as subcontracts and consultancy contracts. Prior to joining Trinity in 2013, Gail was a senior associate in the Singapore offices of Baker & McKenzie LLP, and Clifford Chance LLP. Gail received an LLB (Hons) from the National University of Singapore in 2004 and qualified as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2005.
