Kobby Afari Yeboah is an Associate in Trinity International LLP’s Corporate Team, with experience advising on mergers and acquisitions, investments and project finance transactions. His practice spans a range of sectors, including telecommunications, technology, financial services, infrastructure and energy, with a particular focus on cross-border matters involving Africa and international businesses.

Before joining Trinity, Kobby practised in the Corporate Commercial Department of Bentsi-Enchill, Letsa & Ankomah in Ghana, where he advised multinational and local clients on corporate transactions, cross-border investments, commercial arrangements and regulatory matters. In London, he previously worked as an Associate at Volterra Fietta, where he advised on public international law matters before the ICJ and on cross-border disputes involving banking institutions and sovereign entities in ICSID and PCA proceedings. His work also included advising on energy-sector engagements, sovereign immunity and international regulatory frameworks.
