Hilde is a Senior Consultant with Trinity.
Hilde is New York and English law qualified having gained significant private practice experience at international law firms in New York (Davis Polk & Wardwell) and London (Bryan Cave Leighton Paisner). Hilde also has more than 10 years’ experience advising in-house clients at BNY Mellon, Citi and Lloyds Banking Group in London.
She focuses her practice on the representation of facility agents, security agents and notes trustees in the UK and the US. Hilde has in-depth experience in cross-border financings, including project finance transactions, private equity sponsor-led financings, high-yield debt, syndicated lending transactions and investment grade bonds.
Her practice also spans other areas, including corporate / commercial and finance involving international investment opportunities and projects in Africa in the energy sector.
Hilde received her LLB from the University of Stellenbosch (South Africa). Hilde was admitted to the New York State Bar in 2009 and qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales in 2012.
