Akosua is an Associate at Trinity who specialises in international arbitration.

Akosua has acted in proceedings conducted under the arbitration rules of the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes (ICSID), in ad hoc proceedings under the UNCITRAL rules, and in commercial arbitration proceedings under the arbitration rules of the International Court of Arbitration of the International Chamber of Commerce (ICC).

Prior to joining Trinity in 2025, Akosua was an Associate at the Paris law firm Derains & Gharavi. There, she was part of a team of lawyers representing international companies and State entities in investment and commercial arbitration cases in banking, energy, and telecommunications sectors across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Before that, she trained at the Paris law boutique Clay Arbitration, where she was part of the team representing an African State in a dispute within the banking sector.

Akosua is admitted to the Paris Bar and proficient in English, French, and Twi. She holds a master’s degree in economic law from Sciences Po Paris and a master’s degree in international economic law and activities from Cergy-Paris University.
