Sebastien is a Senior Associate at Trinity Paris.
He is specialised in advising on the development, procurement and construction aspects of renewable energy projects in Africa, including on utility-scale PPAs and concessions, solar mini-grids for rural electrification, corporate PPAs, DPSAs, solar lease agreements, EPCs (including the full FIDIC suite), O&Ms and BESS service agreements. Sebastien has specific expertise advising in the C&I sector, including for large industrial decarbonation projects and 24/7 baseload renewables supply.
Before joining Trinity, Sebastien was an associate at Allen & Overy LLP (now A&O Shearman) in the Projects, Energy, Natural Resources & Infrastructure team and worked in the Paris, London and Istanbul offices.
Sebastien has a dual legal degree in English law and French law from the University College London (UCL) and Université Paris II: Panthéon-Assas.
Sebastien is qualified as a solicitor in England & Wales and registered as a foreign lawyer with the Paris Bar Association. He is a native French speaker and English speaker.
