Energy related projects in emerging markets is a key area of the Trinity practice. Members of Trinity have advised on large greenfield power generation projects utilising gas, diesel, wind, refuse, coal and water as fuel. The team has also acted on electricity transmission schemes, distribution networks and integrated grid projects. The team is familiar with the various documents which are required to piece together such projects and have great experience in the commercial, environmental, insurance, security and financing issues involved.
