Trinity International LLP ("Trinity") is a law firm which focuses on providing commercial, entrepreneurial and flexible legal advice at highly competitive rates in the project finance and corporate arenas. Trinity's primary focus is on transactions throughout the emerging markets, particularly Africa.

History

Paul Biggs, Patrick Leece and Simon Norris formed Trinity in February 2006. Paul is the former head of Cadwalader, Wickersham & Taft LLP's Project Finance group in London.
