Marina Aidar is an associate with Trinity International LLP and has strong experience in projects in the infrastructure sector, such as power, roads, ports and mining. Marina has advised both lenders and developers in the structuring of a wide array of project finance transactions, including sophisticated security packages, and has provided advice in public and regulatory matters. She has also acted in deals involving the issue of bonds in the Brazilian stock exchange market.

Marina is a foreign lawyer qualified in Brazil. Marina received her LLB in 2002 at the Law School of the Pontificia Universidade Catolica de Sao Paulo (PUC/SP) and was admitted to practice by the Brazilian Bar Association in March, 2003. Before joining Trinity, she was an associate with Machado, Meyer, Sendacz e Opice Advogados, one of the leading law firms in Brazil.
