Simon Norris is a partner in Trinity and has a wide range of experience in the power, oil and gas, infrastructure, transport, mining and telecommunications sectors.

Simon’s experience in those sectors ranges from corporate/M&A transactions, privatisations and project development to financing, re-financing and restructuring. Simon’s geographical experience extends to the UK, Europe, Africa and Latin America.

Simon has acted for developers, investors, financial institutions, governmental entities and has experience of export credit and multilaterial agencies with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure transactions.

Simon was named Assistant Solicitor of the Year by The Lawyer for his work on the Maputo Port transaction and is ranked for his corporate and finance advice in Africa by Chambers Global in 2006.
