Simon Norris is a partner in Trinity and has a wide range of experience in the power, oil and gas, infrastructure, transport, mining and telecommunications sectors.

Simon's experience in those sectors ranges from corporate/M&A transactions, privatisations and project development to financing, re-financing and restructuring. Simon's geographical experience extends to the UK, Europe, Africa and Latin America.

Simon has acted for developers, investors, financial institutions, governmental entities and has experience of export credit and multilaterial agencies with a particular focus on energy and infrastructure transactions.

Simon has been recognised for his work in Africa in publications including The Lawyer and Chambers Global.
