Trinity International launches Washington D.C. office November 20, 2018 Trinity International is pleased to announce the launch of its Washington, D.C. office, which opens for business today. Trinity’s D.C. office will focus on advising government agencies and multilateral institutions on global project finance transactions, as well as advising foreign governments on regulatory programmes and policy initiatives supported by those agencies and institutions and advising US-based sponsors on investments and transactions across emerging markets.  It will work seamlessly with the firm’s London headquarters and Paris office. Joining the firm to head up the D.C. office is Thomas L. Eldert, previously a partner at Mayer Brown and more recently at D.C. boutique firm Hills, Stern & Morley. Tom advises lenders, borrowers, contractors, political risk insurers and government entities on all aspects of project development and finance transactions.
