Simon Holloway is a consultant with Trinity International LLP.
Prior to joining Trinity, Simon was a senior counsel in the London office of the Projects group at Allen & Overy LLP where, for a period of eleven years, he acted for project sponsors and lenders on project financed transactions across the process, oil and gas, power (conventional and renewable), mining and infrasctructure sectors. He focused, in particular, on the documentation relating to the construction and operatinal phases of projects including EPC, EPCM, LTSA, O&M and related contracts.
Simon’s renewables experience includes acting for the lenders on the EPC contract and O&M agreement for the 121MW Ashalim B (Megalim) solar power station, Israel, for the project sponsors on the Monts du Lomont onshore wind farm in the Franche Comte region, France, for the project sponsors on the Nenskra hydro-power project, Georgia and for the project sponsors on the Lake Tukana, Kenya wind farm project.
Prior to joining Allen & Overy LLP, Simon was an associate and parter in the London office of the contentious construction group of Masons (now Pinsent Masons) where,for a period of 17 years, he represented, principally, EPC Contractors in claims against sponsors.
