Bruce Falcon is a Senior Legal Consultant to Trinity International LLP, based in Johannesburg.

Bruce is a senior corporate lawyer, qualified to practice in South Africa (and qualified in Australia), focusing on mining transactions and has a masters degree in Corporate and Resources Law.

Bruce has worked in the mining sector for nearly 15 years, having started in the mining corporate finance team at NatWest Merchant Bank in London. Bruce then worked at Allens Arthur Robinson in Melbourne, (one of the foremost corporate and resources law firms in Australasia) where he advised on corporate and resources law including advising several South African companies operating in Australia, including Anglo Gold and Anglo Platinum.

Bruce has been based in Johannesburg since 2002 where he is a founding member and director of Falcon & Hume Inc, a firm of attorneys through which he routinely advises corporate clients active in the mining sector in South Africa and the rest of sub-Saharan Africa. Bruce’s geographical mining experience includes Australia, Canada, South Africa, Botswana, Mozambique, Kenya and Tanzania.

Since July 2012, Bruce has been a director of Brinck Falcon Hume Inc.
