Ana-Katarina trained and qualified as a solicitor at Allen & Overy LLP, gaining experience in its Projects, Energy and Infrastructure group both in London and Dubai. Ana-Katarina moved to Fulbright & Jaworski LLP in 2008 where she worked with the firm’s Infrastructure and Energy practice group. Ana-Katarina joined Trinity International LLP in January 2012 and now acts as a consultant to the firm.

Ana-Katarina has a wide-ranging experience in a variety of transactions in the energy and infrastructure sectors, including project finance, public-private partnerships and project development. Ana-Katarina worked on the planning, development, acquisition, financing, refinancing, operation and sale of infrastructure and energy assets in Africa, Russia and CIS and the Middle East. Ana-Katarina has extensive international experience, with a deep understanding of diverse cultural and business practices.

Ana-Katarina is qualified as a Solicitor in England and Wales, an Attorney in the State of New York and has recently completed an MSc in International Relations at the London School of Economics.
